Modi-Moda is made of composited details of various paintings of Amadeo Modigliani. The movie is about how we identify images, and about the role of digital technology plays in causing familiar images to become generalized icons. (view the movie)

I then made paintings of the movie stills. They are exhibited with the video as another expression of the images' removal from the original aura objects. Installation: William Busta Gallery, Cleveland, Ohio.
